The fee for the program is $ 1,175.00 Participants have the option to pay the full amount
during intake or make arrangements to make weekly payments

The following payment terms may be arranged at time of enrollment:
$125.00 at enrollment time
30 weekly payments @ $ 35.00 each.

The AB-1353 Program is a 9-month first-offender driving-under-the-influence program aimed
towards the education of those individual subjected to court discipline for alcohol related
violations of the California Vehicle Code, to reduce recidivism and to demonstrate the benefit
of a life of sobriety.

The Participant needs to do the following five steps to enroll, participate and complete the
program:

Enrollment.—Participant need to call this office (818 716 0188) to schedule an appointment
for enrollment, the enrollment takes about one hour. During the enrollment the participant will
be given a schedule to attend all program  activities. Participant needs to bring the paper work
from court, DMV or other referring agency indicating he/she needs to attend the program.
Arrangements for payment of program fee will be done at this time.

NOTE, You must enroll within 21 days from your last day in court. (If participants do NOT enroll
WITHIN
21 days, they must then return to court, and ask for an extension)

NOTE, Participants may enroll as (Administrative PER SE) in seeking to complete this
program, prior to being convicted of said offence. To fulfill this requirement, participants must
bring with them; Pink licensed issued by law enforcement at time of arrest or DMV record also
known as (H6)

Program Participation—Participant needs to complete five components as described below.

Completion—Upon completion of all five Program components the Participant will be given
all the necessary documentation to present to court and/or to DMV as proof of Program
completion.  
These are the five components needed to complete the program:
1. Education Component.
Six weekly sessions of two hours each.
These classes are available as follows:
Monday,    8:15 pm to 10:15 pm, English
Tuesday,    11:30 am to 1:30 pm, English
Thursday,  6:00 pm to  8:00  pm, English
Friday,      8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Spanish
2. Group Component.
Twenty three weekly sessions of two hours
each.
These classes are available as follows:
Monday,       6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, English
Monday,       8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Spanish
Tuesday,      6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, English
Tuesday,      8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, English
Wednesday, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, English
Wednesday, 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, English
Friday,         6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Spanish
Saturday,     10:00 am to  12:00 pm, English
3. Face to Face Meetings.

Six individual interviews.
One meeting of one hour at time of enrollment
Five meeting of half hour each, four during the
Program
and one at the end.
These meetings are available Monday through
Friday from
10:00 am to 7:30 pm.
4. Self-Help Meetings.
Nineteen sessions of Alcoholic Anonymous
meetings, (or similar). For information on
