The AB-541 Program is a 3-month first-offender driving-under-the-influence program
aimed towards the education of those persons subjected to court discipline for alcohol
related violations of the California Vehicle Code, to reduce recidivism and to demonstrate
the benefit of a life of sobriety.

The Participant needs to do the following steps to enroll, participate and complete the
program:
Enrollment.—Participant need to call this office (818 716 0188) to schedule an
appointment for enrollment, the enrollment takes about one hour. During the enrollment the
participant will be given a schedule to attend all program  activities. Participant needs to
bring the paper work  from Court, DMV or other referring agency indicating he/she needs
to attend the program. Arrangements for payment of program fee will be done at this time.

NOTE, You must enroll within 21 days from your last day in court. (If participants do
NOT enroll WITHIN 21 days, they must then return to court, and ask for an extension)

NOTE, Participants may enroll as (Administrative PER SE) in seeking to complete this
program, prior to being convicted of said offence. To fulfill this requirement, participants
must bring with them; Pink licensed issued by law enforcement at time of arrest or DMV
record also known as (H6)  
Program Participation—Participant needs to complete the five components described
below.
Completion—Upon completion of all five Program components, the Participant will be
given all the necessary documentation to present to court and/or to DMV as proof of
Program completion.  
There are five components needed to complete the program
1. Education Component.
Six weekly sessions of two hours each.
These classes are available as follows:
Monday,     8:15 pm to 10:15 pm, English
Thursday,  6:00 pm to  8:00  pm, English
Friday,      8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Spanish
2. Group Component.
Nine weekly sessions of two hours each.
These classes are available as follows:
Monday,       6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, English
Monday,       8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Spanish
Tuesday,      6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, English
Tuesday,      8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, English
Wednesday, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, English
Friday,         6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Spanish
Saturday,     10:00 am to 12:00 pm, English
3. Face to Face Meetings.
Three individual interviews.
One meeting of one hour at time of
enrollment.
Two meeting of half hour each, one at the
middle of the
program and one at the end.
These meetings are available Monday
through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm.
4. Self-Help Meetings.

Six sessions of Alcoholic Anonymous
meetings, (or similar). For information on

5. Program Fee.
The fee for the program is $ 555.00. Participants have the option to pay the full amount
during intake or make arrangements to make weekly payments

The following payment terms may be arranged at time of enrollment:
$ 65.00 at enrollment time
$ 35.00 per class (14 payments).

NOTE : All fees must be paid in full upon completion (No exceptions)
