related violations of the California Vehicle Code, to reduce recidivism and to demonstrate
the benefit of a life of sobriety.

The Participant needs to do the following steps to enroll, participate and complete the
program:

Enrollment.—Participant need to call this office to get an appointment for enrollment, the
enrollment takes one hour. During the enrollment the participant will be given a schedule to
attend all program  activities. Participant needs to bring the papers from court or other
referring agency indicating he/she needs to do the program. Arrangements for payment of
program fee will be done at this time.

NOTE, You must enroll within 21 days from your last day in court.

Program Participation—Participant needs to complete the three components described
below.

Completion—Upon completion of all three Program components the Participant will be
given all the necessary documentation to present to court and/or other referring agency as
proof of Program completion.  

There are three components needed to complete the program:

1. Education Component.
Six weekly sessions of two hours each.
These classes are available as follows:
Monday,      8:15 pm to 10:15 pm, English
Tuesday,     11:30 am to 1:30 pm. English
Thursday,    6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, English
Friday,        8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Spanish

2. Face to Face Meetings.
Two individual interviews.
One meeting of one hour at time of enrollment
One meeting of half hour at the end of the program.
These meetings are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.

3. Program Fee.
The fee for the program is $ 250.00.
The following payment terms may be arranged at time of enrollment:
$ 40.00 at enrollment time
$ 35.00 per class (6 payments).

NOTE: Fees are subject to change without notice

IMPORTANT
The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) may ask you to do a three-month program (AB-
541) in order to keep your driving license regardless of the court disposition. Check with the
DMV before enrolling into this program to see what are the particulars in your case. You
