The Batterer's Intervention Program (BIP) is aimed towards the education of those
individulas subjected to Court, Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS),
Probation or other referring agency discipline for perpetrating domestic violence - intimate
partner violence.
(California Penal Code Section 1203.097)

These services are available in English and Spanish. Classes are available for all genders
Participants need to complete the following steps to enroll,
Enrollment.—Participants need to call this office number (818 716 0188) and make
appointment for enrollment, the enrollment takes about one hour. During the enrollment the
participant will be given a schedule to attend program activities. Participants need to bring the
papers from Court, Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Probation or other
referring agency indicating they need to complete the program, as well as a form identification.
Arrangements for payment of program fee will be done at this time.

NOTE, If the referring agency is the court system, participants must enroll within 30 days
from their last day in court. (If participants do NOT enroll WITHIN 30 days, they must then
return to court, and ask for an extension)
Program Participation—Participants need to complete the three components described below.
2. Program Fee.

The fee for the program is
($1,300).Participants have the
option to pay the full amount
during intake or make
arrangements to make weekly
payments.

For limited time enrollment is
FREE
If participants opt to make
payment arrangements, the
following payment terms may
be arranged:
$ 25.00 per class (52
payments).
3. Exit Interview.

Upon completing the required
number of sessions,
participants will be scheduled
to attend an exit interview with
program director and or class
facilitator, for an overall
evaluation of program
participation

This exit interview will be
conducted and scheduled at the
facility where participant
completed the program.
Completion

Upon completion of all three
program components the
Participant will be given all
the necessary documentation to
present to the Court,
Department of Children and
Family Services (DCFS),
Probation or other referring
agency as proof of Program
completion.  

NOTE : All fees must be paid
in full upon completion (No
exceptions)
